Advise which topics you want three weeks prior to
your meeting. |

2.
Provide a venue which can be darkened, a screen
at least six feet by eight feet (2m x 2.5m) four
tables 2m x 1m, large screen TV or Video Projector
or Power Point projector. |

Provide microphone / PA if more than fifty people |
