BRITISH MEDIA SPLURGE on creationism so we got a big ½ page photo Rembrandt style in The Guardian Lift out 17th February which hit
the university bookshop at Derby Uni just before John Mackay was due to speak to 3rd year Biology Students. We couldn't have asked
for better timing as the article is actually a positive swing away from the Darwinian norm of evolutionists wanting to totally
dismiss creationists as inept fools. It commences "The fundamental ideas of evolution have been scientific Gospel for decades- and
yet.... You get the distinct impression as you read, that despite attempts at being negative the reporter has almost reached the
conclusion that 'some of these folks even appear to know what they are talking about and they seem to make sense'. Both John Mackay
and Randall Hardy get quoted along with other British Creationists.
