GREAT NEW KIWI FOSSIL FINDS 7/14 see pics below.

Great research results from John Mackay's first real "on the road test" since he busted his back busted in December.
Shown below are the results of his first real dig in New Zealand. The cliff face contained many closed fossil shells which are a sure indicator of rapid burial, which only adds another nail in the coffin of those who want the rocks to have taken millions of years to form.

And don't you just love the giant closed oyster fossil. All of these have been added to our Museum collection which your continuing help is making world class.

Pray for helpers such as Allan Davey (shown) whose quad bike and climbing help were invaluable in gaining access to the volcanic coal deposit in the cliffs near the remote little harbour of Aotea. Volcanic coal is yet another great reminder that fossil material has to be covered quickly or it won't be preserved at all.
