FABULOUS FOSSIL 'THORNS' feature in our new documentary. The spiky outgrowths on plant stems that are commonly called "thorns" can
be formed in different ways. Botanists classify them as thorns, spines or prickles depending on whether they arise from branches,
leaf bases or the outer layer of tissue. Thorns and spines occur when branches or leaf bases fail to develop fully, or the leaves
fall off leaving behind the hard woody base. Rose thorns are classified as prickles, and are formed by dense overgrowths of the
outer layer of tissue on the stem.
Genesis 3:17-20 tells us that thorns and thistles, a biblical description which covers any sharp protuberances on plants that will
do you damage ,whether they be cactus spines, rose thorns, brambles or scotch thistles, are penalty for man's rebellion against God.
In the beginning everything God had made was "very good" (Genesis 1:31) and plants would not have been harmful in any way.
Whichever type of plant growth process formed our fossil 'thorns', no one would have wanted to fall on them or have them dragged
over their skin due to the pain it would inflict and the resulting deep narrow wounds which could become a source of infection. The
fossils 'thorns' were coalified telling us there was plenty of woody tissue in them, so they were not soft.
Our new DVD Darwin on the Rocks strongly challenges Christians to take the Bible seriously, and look at the world through God's
glasses, instead of trusting the blind faith positions of scientists who weren't there, and their speculative theories about how
thorn-bearing plants evolved from seaweed.
Our fossil plant with the thorny protrusions has been provisionally identified as Neuropteris sp? Identification is not easy as
specimens are rare, and we could find only one other museum with a specimen (rather low grade). Neuropteris is a seed fern, an
extinct plant.
John Mackay discovered the fossil thorns during research in Nova Scotia early 2008 and we have been collecting them since. A local
professor labelled the thorns as "branch structures or extensions" - to label them some kind of thorns, as that would really blow a
hole in most evolutionary theories.
We have donated one display specimen to the Answers in Genesis Creation Museum in Kentucky, and one to the Creation Science Museum
in Big Valley Alberta. Our specimens are a reminder of the Biblical history of the world - from the original created world where all
plants /animals were good, to a fallen world which resulted from mans sin against the creator ad has resulted in degenerate plants,
animals and humans.

FABULOUS POLYSTRATE TREES filmed on location in this documentary in Australia and the USA and Canada. We have been researching these now for some 30 years and it is great to see them on the big screen. You will find it easy to challenge your friends as you no longer just have to take our word that they don't have any roots. Your friends can pause the screen and try and find them. Then you can challenge them, “OK, if it wasn't growing there, how did this thing get here?” The photography is brilliant and we commend it to you.

| PAST DIRECTION The trilobites (right) on this bed may be extinct, but you will notice that we used our compass to note the direction of one trilobite, and then we surveyed fossils for the next 20 kilometres to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt these dead creatures were washed into place and that the fossil record is not simply the history of life, but the record of how/where things died. The evolutionists, Discovery Channel, National Geographic and most textbooks want you to read the rocks as a gloriously evolving record of life on earth - when it’s really a tragic history of suffering, death and decline. Such a view changes the picture completely. When God made the world it was good - no death, no fossils. Evolution attacks the Gospel at its core - death is caused by sin, not crime! |

FOSSILS WHEN? Our Canadian speaker, Vance Nelson hunts through the dinosaur fields of Alberta and Montana to extract a fabulous specimen of a dinosaur vertebrae covered with arthritis. When you put on God's glasses to see things, finding a dinosaur bone with arthritis tells you: a) since the fossils couldn't form until after it was possible to die, and b) therefore fossils didn't form until after death and sickness and suffering had come on the planet, and c) therefore all fossils are after Adam. No Christian can believe that a God who made the world good (Genesis 1:31) was referring to dinosaurs who were already afflicted by arthritis and suffering. One of the saddest problems in our modern age is the many Christians who want to tie millions of years of evolution with the Biblical account and hope they can get away with it. |

PASTOR RODNEY PEARCE (USA) has again been a great help to our research as we tramped through forests and abandoned coal mines in Pennsylvania to film overwhelming evidence against evolution and millions of years, and the positive evidence for rapid deposition and creation. See it all on “Darwin on the Rocks”. Rod is seen here holding a beautiful specimen of a Stromatalite we dug out of the rocks. Our Darwinist friend Dawkins claims these organisms have been here for over 2 billion years. Surprisingly Stromatalites are still on planet earth and they are easy to recognise because they just look like Stromatalites. As we keep telling people around the globe, if you haven't changed in 2 billion years you may as well give up trying to evolve. No, we don't believe in the billions of years, in fact the evidence in “Darwin on the Rocks” shows beyond a shadow of a doubt, all those vast time spans are not preserved in the rocks anywhere. It is a great watch. |

EXTINCTION AND DEGENERATION are a constant theme throughout the Documentary, because it's the sad but real history of the world (since man’s rebellion against his Creator). One of the most fabulous shots we were able to get was of a present day 1cm long Isopod, otherwise known as a Roly-Poly, catching a look into the eyeball of a long dead cousin trilobite. This DVD is a great and unique way to get the Gospel to your unbelieving friends.

Charles Darwin the Theologian knew what his Bible said about Hell and judgement. Jesus is the one who spoke more about the place of eternal damnation than anyone in the Old and New Testaments. Sadly, Darwin placed confidence in his own theory in the vain hope he could avoid the judgement of the Creator Christ. In doing so, he refused to accept the simple solution the same God had provided to avoid His just judgement on sin. This simple gift of faith in the death of the Lord Jesus on Calvary was just payment for your sin and mine and whosoever would believe.
